Please check the following if an error is shown when submitting.

    If you have registered Facebook account, you cannot submit ASOBIMO Account.

  7. Cannot register. Please refer to FAQ for further questions.

    One of the following conditions detected.

    - ASOBIMO Account already submitted.
    Please enter your e-mail address and password to login.
    *If you have already submitted ASOBIMO Account in another ASOBIMO's game, you don't need to submit a new one.
     Please log in with your submitted e-mail address and password.

    - Already registered with Facebook account in "GODGAMES".
    If you have registered Facebook account, you cannot submit ASOBIMO Account.

  8. This E-mail address is already used for an ASOBIMO Account. Please refer to the FAQ for further questions.

    You cannot use an e-mail address once submitted for your ASOBIMO Account.
    Choose "Change E-mail Address" to submit.

  9. Error occurred sending e-mail to entered address. Please use different e-mail address.

    The inputted e-mail address may not meet the required conditions for the ASOBIMO Account.
    Try another e-mail address.

  10. Please try again. If it does not work after some time, contact Support Team.

    Please check if you completed ASOBIMO Account submission.
    Submission will be completed when you access the Link written in the e-mail sent to your inputted e-mail address.

  11. Letters in the "Password" and "Password (Confirm)" must be identical.

    Close the app and re-submit again after you relaunch your device.

  3. Please check if your input is correct.

    Try logging in again by checking your inputted e-mail address and password and by inputting the correct information.

  4. If this error continues, please check your e-mail filter (rejecting e-mail) settings.

    The e-mail sent to you has been rejected due to your e-mail filter settings.

Failed to send Password Re-issue e-mail

Connection Failure

Authentication Failure
